I have been following up for **over a week**. Every time I get the same response: *“Escalated to senior management, we will contact you shortly.”* Still no proof of delivery, refund, or resolution.

**Vedanti Gawade** assured me 4 days ago that this would be resolved within 48 hours. Nothing happened.

After repeated follow-ups, I still have **no product, no proof of delivery and no refund**.

Posting this so other customers are aware of my experience. I will update this comment if the company actually resolves the issue.
