I ordered this plant , the delivery was very late due to which plant got dried. Waste of money
I recently ordered Neel Mohar plant from this website and the plant’s stem was broken from the middle due to handling of package. I instantly opened the package when delivered on the door not even a day after, and when I opened it the stem was broken. So, whoever is ordering or reading this review has to be careful because of this issues. Find the photo below to get idea what I am saying.
The product description clearly states that the Insulin Plant comes in a 5-inch (13 cm) pot. However, the plant was shipped without the pot, and the packaging was extremely poor, leading to damage during transit. This feels misleading and unprofessional.
If proper delivery cannot be ensured for southern regions like Tamil Nadu, it’s worth reconsidering offering delivery there. Customers deserve to receive items as advertised, with adequate care in packaging and handling.
They sent half dead plant. I have written to them couple of times but no response. I ordered around 10 plants and a few of them were even fully dead.
