Received pack today. There are only 10 types of seeds instead of 75 trees. on top of it there are no names on the packet to identify the seeds. Disappointed.
I’ve been growing an anjeer (fig) tree in my backyard for about six years now, and it’s one of the most rewarding fruit trees I’ve ever kept. The key thing to know upfront: it needs full sun—at least 6 to 8 hours of direct light. Without that, you’ll get lots of leaves and very few fruits. The soil should be well-draining; I mixed sandy loam with some organic compost, and it’s done well. Overwatering is a real danger—water deeply but only when the top couple of inches of soil are dry. During monsoon, I stop watering almost entirely.
