Ordered madhumalati but received some nameless plant which withered within two days.
ordered 2 plants delivery paid, recieved only 1 plant and had to pay delivery charges also. Reminded them a number of times with no response. i have a video recording also from delivery guy. and this is not the 1st time, its happened for the second time now
The plant dried up within few days.

My shopping experience with nursery live is getting horrible. Received a packet of seed which is not bathua.
Shami plant was jot delivered and amount is not yet redund. Rest all 3 plants are rotten and small. Pathetic one

I have received a fake shami plant. They sold me virtaru instead of an original shami plant. Despite reaching out to their customer care and continuous follow up.. no resolution has been provided. They not only sell fake products, they are also extremely unprofessional and does nothing to address customer grievance.
Neither the plant was delivered in grow bag nor it was in a living condition. I have shared the photographs and raised the issue but even after 20 days couldn't get resolution. Later I was given a coupon of same amount. No refund, no replacement given.
I got red aglonema instead of pink
Plant was received in dried up condition. The branches were long with no leaves. I did the trimming & took lot of care & now its growing fresh leaves & looking much better. The cost of the plant was not worth the condition
Received in okay condition. But i nursed it to good health & now its thriving well
The ZZ plant is good one. Some leaves were chewed up when received. But its doing well.
