It is not mandatory, but sometimes the Expert might need to look at your plants to understand the issue, we would recommend that you activate your video in such a situation.

It is always better to note down all your questions, this will help you save time and make the call more effective.

The duration of one call is 30 minutes. You make a note of all your questions and ask questions one by one to our Expert. If all questions are not answered in 30 minutes, you can book another appointment and get answers to your remaining questions.
