Not germinated after shocking in water for overnight. Repeated but seeds not germibated after ten days. First time got very bad quality seeds

The plant delivered was unhealthy. All the leaves had yellow colour with black dots spread throughout. Seems a fungal infection. The plant has lost almost all leaves now

Didn't expect this from nursery live. All the coriander seeds have tiny holes in it. Not at all good quality.
On the very next day of the order received the plant, no idea what will be the size, but received 4 ft plant in small plastic pot, which looks nice, But as we took out from the plastic pot to repot in bigger pot we find that the plant have no roots, it was cut from the roots and placed in the small pot and delivered, looks extreme carelessness, now 399/- are wasted which is over priced too. Tried to contact customer care but NO call back after repeatedly follow-ups, NEVER TRY TO BUY AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ANYONE FOR NURSERY LIVE
All plants received were not in good condition. No reply from customer care on raising a complaint. Avoid this website.

My complaint was lodged on October 19th. Tell today it is not resolved. They sent a stereotypical message, below is the message received on 26th Oct., which is an AI generated message.

I have ordered dragon fruit plant and a coupon provide Nursery Live of Free seed. After placing order next day I got a mail that Nursery live failed my Dragon plant and deduct money for free seed. And refunded rest of money , when I checked Nursery live, dragon plants was still available and in stock on app.

this platform is fraud. After receveing full payment did not delivered the plants or refund and the website showed items delivered.
The company is fraud after making full payment they have not delevered the plants and not responded on messages.
i have ordered the plants but not recieved delivery and platform showed that item delivered and after writing the message didn't get any response from them. Frauders
Unfortunately due to my unavailability and porter delivery man scammed by asking delivery otp and didn't deliver it to the said shop. Same intimated to customer care but nothing is done.
