Plant travels long in a package so it starts decomposing.Dont buy plants online visit your near by nursery.
I was purchased half kg seeds out of half kg zero percent germination then decide what is level of fraud
I paid 3800 rupees for seeds but never got seeds or any kind of reply from thses fraudsters. So PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY SEEDS FROM HERE. THERE IS NO CONTACT PERSON OR HELPLINE TO COMPLAIN
The product image shows 'Bird eye chilly' rather than Sampurn variety.

I bought a maroon rose. That is very normal pink rose which you get for 60-80 Rs from your local nursery.
Than I also bought a grafting knife worth 299. They never sent knife along with order.
On complaining they created a pickup request with courier and gave me the tracking number which kept on showing pickup not schedules for week
They added 2 more plant as surprised gift one is money plant and other was purple heart which I received completely damaged. Each was worth 100 RS.
Now after failing to reach CS I requested refund for my knife as they were not sending that product at all
They only refunded me 188 rs. Deducting 100 for that surprise gift which I really dont wanted.
So, you can understand their ethics.

Not even single flower after a month of purchase
Ordered two plants, an Allamanda Creeper & Madhumalti Rangoon Creeper from Nursery Live. Leaves had all completely fallen off and it was Dead on Arrival when i got it. I still thought that it would re-grow if i planted it in a regular pot. It did not.
I've sent repeated e-mails to Nursery Live for weeks repeatedly. They answered selectively and when they finally responded provide a partial refund, rather than the two plants which I had ordered which died.
(PS I have regularly ordered from them)

It’s been 2 years still my plant is not grown up it’s still 2 feet plat, i planted at my outdoor garden.
I was shocked to see that the plants were not at all packed.
The person delivered open Plants in plastic bags on scooter!!!
He informed that it was from some local nursery.
One Plant was so damaged that it's roots had turned upwards. The other rose plant looked unhealthy.
I feel aghast at this quality and service. Where as i get excellent Plants online from Vridhi Garden kerala. This is my first and last purchase. 😡
Received a dried plant and then got ignored by the customer service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible. Don't buy
Hydrangea plant was extremely dry then I tried to reach the customer service and sure enough got first reply but when I stated my issue. They ditched me. Not worth it. It's not customer friendly at all. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Delivered in throwaway cover , had only dust and waste husk , fake product , nothing growed from it
