I have ordered this plant from nurserylive website seeing the reviews. But has really bad experiance :
1. The item arrived really late and the delivery schedule kept on revising.
2. The plant arrived was dead and all dried up.
3. Packaging was good enough but the plant couldnt survive.
4. Upon reaching my door, it was already too late and the policy of this website says after 24 hrs of delivery only you can claim for any complaints about plants. But my question is if you couldnt deliver the product on said date, how can we claim for refund or return on fixed date.
It must be understood that people ordering from these websites have no time to go to a local nursury and buy plants - thats why we choose it from here. And such 24hr response makes no sense and hence you loose a customer.
