Please think twice before ordering from this website. My experience has gone beyond disappointing — it has been pathetic and extremely frustrating.
The product description and photographs on their website are misleading. The plants I received were nowhere close to what was shown on the website — the difference was not minor, but miles apart. On top of that, the pots arrived broken, and despite sharing photos and videos, there has been no proper resolution.
For over a week, I have been told that the matter is “with the Senior Manager” and then “with Leadership.” Seriously, how does a company operate if a straightforward customer complaint takes more than a week just to reach a resolution?
Perhaps they assume customers will eventually give up because the order value is relatively small. I won’t. The amount may be small, but the principle and the customer experience matter.
I have already raised the complaint through their customer grievance channel, but there is still no meaningful resolution.
What I want is very simple: give me the product that was actually advertised and shown on your website for the price I paid, or provide an appropriate resolution.
My first order from them was delivered the same day, which gave me confidence to order again. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite.
There are plenty of other online vendors who offer much better products and, more importantly, much better customer service.

The plant which we received was in VERY BAD state and died after planting in the ground.
We feel CHEATED.
