I bought a Parijat and Raat ki Rani plant in Pune. It was delivered by two wheeler and the plants had withered by the time they arrived at my place. There were no flowers and no labels on the pots. I complained on their online portal and while it assured me of prompt response, nothing happened. They kept closing the thread. Very disappointing service. I will not be buying anything from them again.
