Just received Guzmania plant, which was dried up completely. Anthurium was not delivered. Tried to connect via email for more than 3 weeks but didn’t receive any proper resolution. They said Senior manager will contact us, but nobody turned up.
Two plants are same and one is dead plant and one is cactus

The whole consignment of plants was of dull life less plants. Repeatedly contacted customer care and no support other than keep uploading pictures.
Don’t buy from them - they supply through third party and never can be contacted.

The product was never delivered. Despite me bringing the issue immediately and following it up since last 26 days, the platform never addressed the issue. Planning to take legal action against them.
They do not deliver the plants and do not refund. They have no regrets or remorse. Will ask all my colleagues, friends and neighbours to never order from NurseryLive. Had a very bad experience and lost my money.
