Description

Crocuses are also one of the easiest cold-hardy bulbs. Crocus plants are a bulbous, perennial with globular corms, having 15 to 20 cm plant height.

Crocus species are flowering herbaceous perennials from the iris family propagated from corms. The corms are covered with tunic leaves and are round in shape with flatted tops and bottoms. Plants produce a few linear, green leaves with pale stripes that arise from the corms.
