A grafted plant in a 10" size pot was advertised. What was received was a doubtful mango plant ( perhaps from seed) in a 4" pot . No response from customer care whatsoever when matter was taken up on receipt of the wrong product.

I have ordered Pandanus amaryllifolius which is of cost 359 but received pandanus varigated which is of cost 259, and I have been continuously following up in the help area and still I have not been assigned to any customer executive support.
