Incorrect Pansy Seeds Delivered

I ordered the black blotch pansies, but the seeds that sprouted and flowered are white pansies. I took photos of the pansies to email them to the NurseryLive should they get back to me. They didn’t get back to me when I gave their vanilla marigold seeds a 1-star review, because they were not marigolds seeds (looked more like amaranthus). This is what their team, Priyanka and Ankush had to say when I gave the seeds 1-star review.

Priyanka: “Please send us the pictures/photographs of the received product with order id within 24 hours, we will check and provide you with best possible solution.”

Ankush: “As we check your order has been delivered on 24th Jan. 2024. nurserylive replaces any plant that delivers in damaged/dead or broken condition.
The customer should inform us within 24 or 48 hours of delivery ( with the picture of the plants received).
We always verify with our nursery expert and get back to customer with best possible solution.
In the future please inform within 24 hours of delivery if the product will come to you in damaged condition.”

These are responses from their team about SEEDS. They expect me to sprout the seeds magically within 24 hours of receiving of the seeds and send them photos as proof.

After I asked them how I’m supposed to know what seeds they are before they sprout, they did not get back to me, did not replace the incorrect seeds, or refund the money. I wasted two months planting and waiting for these plants to flower and I’m disappointed.
