I ordered a plants stand and some plants as a gift for someone’s coffee shop opening. They sent only the plants and some extra plants and responded by saying the stand wasn’t available. They didn’t ask me But kept calling the person who I was sending it to. I have emailed them several times. I don’t want the extra plants. And they keep telling me a senior officer will get back to me and in a couple of days say your case is closed.
Very very unhappy. This is not a place to buy
