Plant Power: Nature for mental and emotional wellbeing

One in four people in the world is affected by mental or neurological complications. About 450 million people currently suffer from such conditions, placing mental disorders among the foremost causes of ill-health and disability.

So it’s likely that you or someone you know is suffering from poor mental health right now.

Familiar problems of mental illness involves depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and panic disorder. Poor mental health is often characterized by regular negative sentiments, a negative viewpoint of oneself, others, and the incidents of life.

Take care of every aspect of your life, physical, mental, and social to have a healthy life. The good thing is that we can protect and revive our mental health.
