You can remove the offsets easily and allow the offset to dry for several days before replanting. Choose a pot having of 3-inch upper diameter and drainage holes. Fill the 1/3 pot with well-drained soil rich in organic content and place the offsets in the center of the pot. Fill the remaining pot with same soil.
