    Special Feature

    Saptaparni produces greenish-white fragrant flower during October. It can be grown easily as an ornamental plant in the gardens. This tree is also suitable for avenue planting. It has been extensively planted in India and also seems to grow well in hot dry regions.
    In Ayurveda, it is used as a bitter and as an astringent herb for treating skin disorders, malarial fever, urticaria, chronic dysentery, diarrhea, in snake bite and for the upper purification process of Panchakarma.
