Description

Kalanchoe longiflora are showy, light, bluish, grey-green cloaked in a waxy blossom with the edges and the ages leaves being pinkish to reddish brown.

Kalanchoe Longiflora is also commonly known as the, ,Tugela Cliff Kalanchoe,. As the plant matures you can expect it to reach up to around 40 cm (16, ) tall. The plant s main feature is the ruffled green fleshy leaves with pink edges when it is stressed correctly. When it flowers you can expect it to produce yellow flowers from late spring to summer.

    Plant seeds in early spring in well-drained, average to rich soil in full sun. Space the plants between 6 inches and 2 feet apart, depending on the type. Low-growing and vigorous species will tolerate partial shade.

    You can also plant divisions or cuttings instead of seeds. Dig a hole so that the top of the root ball is level with the surface, then place the plant in the hole and fill it in.
