Description
A medium-sized to a large deciduous tree. Leaves are pinnate, lanceolate or ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, oblique. Leaflets are opposite lance-shaped, with a tapering tip. Flowers small, yellow, in much branched axillary tomentose panicles, several together at the ends of the branches.
Petals are linear-oblong, hairy outside Drupes black, fleshy, size of a gooseberry, edible. The fruits are eaten raw or pickled.Plant Specifications
