The radish Sango sprout has delicious and juicy-spicy leaves. They are slightly spicy, roughly comparable to rocket.

Radies Sango sprouts are characterized by the deep violet color of the leaves, which turns into a delicate pink at the root. The taste of the juicy-spicy leaves is slightly spicy. Since the plants develop very fast, one can harvest already after a few days.

The sprouts can be harvested after about 3 - 7 days.Radies Sango sprouts contain vitamins A, B1, B2, and C as well as protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and magnesium. Radies sprouts strengthen muscle and eyesight, they are antiseptic and promote the secretion of gastric juices, and digestion.
