The leaves are very variable in size and shape, with a maximum length of 45 cm. The flowers are borne in the axils of leaves. The fruit which forms in late autumn to early summer. The fruit is a smooth, round, about as large as a small apple, of a deep yellow color when ripe, full of pulp and with a strong, apple-like scent. Seeds are yellow to light brown.Plant Specifications
