It is an erect, annual herb grows up to 75 cm in height. The stem is slender, grooved and ribbed & finely pilose and glandular. Leaves are simple, alternate, variable in shape, broadly elliptic or lanceolate, membranous or coriaceous.
They measure between 2-6 cm long; more or less densely and finely hairy The flower heads are small, pedunculated, in open, loose corymbs, with pinkish & purple in color. Fruits are oblong achenes, slightly narrowed base, white hairs on one side. Flowers and fruits appear during August - April.Plant Specifications
