Ceylon Naravelia is a climbing shrub, Leaves are foliolate, leaflets are elliptic-ovate, base rounded, margins distantly toothed. Flowers are about bisexual. Sepals are greenish yellow, elliptic, velvety-hairy without. Petals are greenish yellow. Stamens are many, filaments ligulate. Carpels are many, ovule 1 per carpel.
