Planting and care
The two main conditions to provide well is enough humidity and to protect the leaves from direct sunlight

Caring for Bird Nest Fern
- Fertilizer should only be given to the plant two to three times a year. Even then, the fertilizer should only be applied at half strength and should only be given during the spring and summer months. Too much fertilizer will cause deformed leaves with brown or yellow spots or edges.
Typical uses of Bird Nest Fern
Special features: A peat based potting mix is required. 2 parts peat and 1 part perlite (maybe a little less) is one mixture that will be fine. A peat based mixture with organic material is also good.
Ornamental use: Used for decorations in homes, shops and offices.
