Harvest seeds from sumac fruiting clusters in autumn when they are dark brown and dry. Boil water in a pot, then remove the pot from the stove and toss in the seeds. Leave them in the cooling water for 24 hours to remove germination inhibitors. Sunlight:

- Place them in the refrigerator for 30 days at a temperature of about 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pot seems to be really small. DO I have to shift the plan to the bigger pot as it starts growing in a few months?
