Million Heart is an evergreen, perennial sprawling or climbing plant with small succulent heart-shaped leaves that face each other on a long arching stem creating chains of heart.

Interesting Fact: They are densely decorated in pairs of stiff, succulent, heart-shaped leaves.Million hearts plant is a decorative succulent with comprises stiff, slender green and cream color leaves. This succulent grows up to 1 m long before taking root at the tip and continuing.

Tiny white flowers appear on the internodes of plant and remain for long periods of time. The plant looks graceful in a hanging pot.
