Description for Freesia (White)
The bulbs look like small, slim onions. The flower grows along one side of the stem, in a funnel-shape. Freesias stems have the unusual habit of turning at right angles just below the bottom flower. The flowers bloom along the top side of the stalk, facing upwards.

Planting and care
It can be planted in autumn, spring to early summer. Plant them with the pointed end facing up. Keep the planting depth at 2 to 4 inches and 3 to 5 inches apart. Flowering takes around 100-120 days from planting. Freesias are propagated by offsets of bulbs and seeds.

Caring for Freesia
- Add plenty of organic matter to improve thin soils.

Cut the stems early in the morning before warm temperatures have a chance to dry out the blossoms.
