Description

Baheda is a tall handsome tree, with characteristic bark. Myrobalan is a large, fast-growing deciduous tree with a large, globose crown.

Leaves are alternately arranged or fascicled at the end of branches, Flowers arise in spikes in leaf axils. Seeds are of 2 cm. The nuts of the tree are rounded but with five flatter sides.
